David is a Privacy Consultant and currently supports the DHS ICE Office of Information Governance and Privacy. Prior to joining PKH, David worked as a Privacy Attorney supporting various federal agencies in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act litigation. During his time serving in the federal government, David has found his passion for working within Privacy and Cybersecurity law. David also has litigation experience outside the federal government, where he worked as a Trial Attorney litigating Personal Injury, Contract, and Land Use cases.

In his spare time, David enjoys attending sporting events, listening to music, and going to the beach.
