Jennifer Cohen is a Behavioral Scientist and licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in developing behavioral threat assessment and management training, conducting mental health evaluation, and providing evidence‑based psychotherapy. Her work centers on educating the public at the intersection of behavioral science, mental health, insider threat, and workplace violence prevention. Before joining PHK, Jennifer supported mission‑critical programs across the Department of Homeland Security, the Veterans Health Administration, and state and county government agencies.

Having lived in two countries and six states, Jennifer brings a deep appreciation for community and connection. She volunteers with the American Red Cross and even adopted a rustic road in her neighborhood. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys collecting antique bottles and vintage brooches. An old soul at heart, Jennifer values stories, shared experiences, and the relationships that shape them.
