Jessica Johnson is the Human Resources Manager at PKH Enterprises, where she brings a deep appreciation for people and their stories to every aspect of her role. A proud University of Iowa alum with a degree in History, Jessica’s journey into HR was fueled by her lifelong curiosity about others and the belief that life is defined by the people we share it with.

Jessica began her career in executive healthcare recruiting before transitioning into the GOVCON space, where she supported government clients with talent acquisition and HR strategy. Her diverse background—including owning a small business—gives her a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit and people-focused insight.

Outside the office, Jessica is an adventurer at heart. She’s on a mission to collect every stamp in her National Park Passport, turning each trip into a hands-on lesson in nature, history, and science for her children. Whether she’s hiking a trail or cheering on her beloved Iowa Hawkeyes, Jessica brings passion, warmth, and a storyteller’s spirit to everything she does.
