Matt Chupka
Program Manager
Matt Chupka is an experienced Program Manager, Senior Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Consultant, DoD Action Officer, and Cybersecurity Analyst that joined PKH Enterprises in May 2024. Previously, Matt was an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager supporting DoD Special Access Program IT, enterprise architecture, capabilities integration, and oversight. He also held positions supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Prior to that, Matt served 30-years as a U.S. Marine before retiring in September 2019, and holds a Security + CE certification from CompTIA, a Lean Six Sigma certification, and numerous DoD security certifications. Matt is pursuing a master’s in business administration and project management.
