Matthew (Matt) Hudren joined PKH Enterprises in January 2024. Currently, he is a Program Manager supporting the United States Secret Service’s (USSS) Insider Threat Program.  

Matt recently was a consultant to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence/National Insider Threat Task Force (ODNI/NITTF) in their Partner Engagement Group. At the end of 2021, Matt retired from the Transportation Security Administration/Federal Air Marshal Service (TSA/FAMS) where he was the Supervisory Air Marshal-in-Charge (SAC) of TSA’s Insider Threat Program. Also during this time, he completed a joint duty assignment to the NITTF as Group Chief supervising their Liaison Team.  Prior to this assignment, Matt was an ASAC at the Washington Field Office and was assigned to the FAMS Investigations Division, where he completed several high-profile assignments, which included interagency details with the Federal Bureau of Investigation International Terrorism Operations Section I (FBI/ITOS I), the ODNI National Counterterrorism Center’s Directorate of Strategic Operational Planning (NCTC/DSOP), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s National Security Investigations Unit (ICE/NSIU). Prior joining the FAMS, Matt worked for the USSS.  

In 1990, Matt enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he honorably completed an eight-year active duty tour, as a member of the 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company and as an enlistment recruiter. During his tours of duty, Matt was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat “V” Device, two Purple Heart Medals, and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. 

Matt graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security Master’s Degree Program in Monterey, California. Matt also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus.
