Peter Steele is a seasoned business development and capture executive with extensive experience in IT modernization, federal contracting, and strategic growth initiatives. As chief growth officer at PKH Enterprises, he leads business expansion efforts, fosters key partnerships, and drives go-to-market strategies to position PKH as a leader in cybersecurity and IT modernization.
Prior to joining PKH, Peter co-founded Tusk LLC, an IT modernization firm, where he spearheaded strategy, business development, and partnership initiatives. Under his leadership, Tusk secured key contracts and built strong alliances with technology providers, strengthening its presence in federal IT services.
Before Tusk, Peter held leadership roles in capture management and business development at ICF International, Creative Systems and Consulting, and Gartner. At ICF, he led full and open captures, developed competitive win strategies, and built high-performing teams to secure major federal contracts. During his tenure at Creative Systems and Consulting, he managed business development across multiple federal agencies, including USDA, Treasury, HHS, and the Department of Labor, capturing over $200 million in awarded contracts in a single year.
With deep expertise in federal procurement, capture strategy, and IT transformation, Peter leverages his experience to drive PKH’s growth and expand its federal and commercial presence. His background in ServiceNow, AI-driven solutions, and cybersecurity positions PKH at the forefront of digital transformation for government clients.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating cum laude.
