Dr. Morgan is a clinical forensic psychologist and behavioral threat specialist with 15+ years of advancing threat detection, workplace violence mitigation, cyberpsychology, and cognitive security across government, academia, and private industry. He combines clinical diagnostic expertise with technical tradecraft and data pipelines to translate behavioral indicators into actionable mitigation strategies.
Dr. Morgan conducts high-risk case consultations and integrated behavioral risk assessments that combine multidisciplinary input and open-source data to inform mitigation plans. He develops training, decision aids, and enterprise playbooks to elevate analytic rigor and enable coordinated interventions across stakeholders. His background also includes forensic assessment of the criminally insane, neuroscience evaluations, and crisis response, with experience leading programs, supervising clinical teams, and delivering executive coaching across domains.
Dr. Morgan holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, an MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology, an MA in Forensic Psychology is currently conducting research for a PhD in Forensic Cyberpsychology with a focus on building scalable, research‑driven, human‑centered solutions to counter emerging cyberpsychology threats and improve organizational security posture.
